The people of Chandranagar were much opressed by the frequent dacoities and robberies by the noted bandits of the district. The subject approach the king with a request to supress this ever increasing disturbance. King Dhiratsinha deputes Jaimalsinha the minister to capture these lawless bandits. Jaimalsinha accordingly starts with a band of sepoys. 

Taking the advantage of Jaimal's absence the king who had cherished a desire to win the love of Jaimal's wife, goes to her and expresses his love for her. Bimlakumari waits to nothing to hate the king's attitude. The king goes to the extreme with a result that Bimlakumari puts an end to her life rather than to submit to the ill wishes of the vicious king. 

Jaimal returns with victory. On his return, his faithful servant Raghubirsinha shows him the dead body of Bimla and narrates the full story of this dreadful tragedy. Jaimal's fury knows no bounds and he swears to avenge the death of his wife. He subsequently joins the bandits and plays a havoc in the kingdom. 

Narendra and Prakash are two chums from their boyhood. Narendra is appointed as the minister of Chandranagar in place of Jaimal. He also secures service for his friend Prakash who is now the Major in the Army. Narendra loves princess Sundra. Prakash too tries to win the love and admiration of the same lady. Narendra finds a sudden change in the attitude of Prakash, who very much disliked by Sundra. Prakash throws another dice to secure Sundra and to keep Narendra out of his way. Prakash eventually joins Jaimalsinha. Jaimal with the help of Prakash succeeds in capturing Sundra, the king, and Narendra. 

Later, the truth comes out, Kamla the wife of Prakash plays an important part to bring the happy end.
